Mark Sanders
Head PGA Professional
Mark Sanders is our Head Professional and leads the team to ensure all golfing needs are taken care of. Coming through the Club’s Junior Section, Mark went on to be one of the most successful players in the Club’s history, being made an Honorary Member as far back as 1999. He has played at the very highest levels of Amateur Golf winning the English Championship and representing England for several years. As a Professional, he qualified for the Open Championship and played on the European Challenge Tour and European PGA Tour from 2001-2005.
Mark is at the forefront of tuition and Club fitting in the area. He has over 30 years coaching experience, with clients ranging from a current LPGA Tour Player, some of the area’s best players, right down to grassroots beginners. His tuition and guidance is in high demand and much sought after.

Tom Duke
PGA Coaching Professional
Tom has extensive coaching & retail experience and is currently a coach for the Gloucestershire County Academy Partnership Programme.
Tom is responsible for delivery of the Junior Coaching Programme, assisting Mark with the shop retail, custom fitting and also is available for individual and group lessons for all ages and abilities.

Jason King
PGA Professional
Like Mark, Jason was a PGA assistant at Knowle to the late Gordon Brand Snr. Jason has over 30 years of coaching experience and is available for tuition as well as custom fitting.

Steve Cuthbert
Senior Retail Assistant
Steve joined our team in July 2021, coming from a local American Golf retail outlet. He has several years of golfing, retail and custom fitting experience. He has a very diligent and detailed approach to his work and strives alongside the rest of the team to give members and visitors the best possible experience within the professional shop.
Lee Hobbs
Retail Assistant
Lee has over 20 years of retail experience and coupled with a very friendly personality, always goes above and beyond to ensure members and visitors enjoy a great experience and service within the professional shop.
